The Nasdaq-100 ETF — tech-heavy, the most liquid stock in the world after SPY. A natural starting point if you want one ticker to watch. If you’re brand new, start with the sample day — it walks through one full QQQ session from plan to close.
Where is QQQ sitting vs. its 5- and 20-day moving averages? That sets bullish, mixed, or bearish for the day.
A specific level — yesterday's high, the overnight low, VWAP — that gives a clean entry and a tight stop.
No fresh entries during FOMC, CPI, NFP. If a print is on the calendar, the plan says "wait" or pauses entirely.
It's liquid (easy to enter and exit) and tracks the Nasdaq-100, so news on Apple, Microsoft, or Nvidia moves it. That makes the moves easier to understand than a random ticker. But it's not "safer" than the market — when tech sells off, QQQ sells off harder than SPY.
Plans land at 9:00am ET, before the 9:30am open. We add an entry-paused state during FOMC, CPI, NFP, and major headline windows — no fresh entries while macro is being printed.
One plan per day, with up to two scale-out targets. We don't scalp. If the morning setup invalidates, the plan is closed and the day is done — we don't re-enter to chase.
We paper-trade every plan in real time and publish the full Ledger — every fill, every stop, every result, public and updated daily. Honest target: ~50-60% of plans should hit at least the first target with average reward-to-risk above 1× over a meaningful sample. Real numbers will appear here once enough plans have closed.
